As a Senior Product Manager – Technical, you will:
Assist in defining the customer journey from sign-up, sign-in and usage of Alexa on Alexa built-in devices.
Assist in defining the customer experience (CX) for Alexa set up on Alexa built-in devices and discovery CX for various high-value Alexa experiences.
Support in managing a portfolio of features that enables daily engagement for Alexa customers and Alexa Enterprise partners.
Assist in designing strategies to deepen existing customers’ relationships with Alexa outside of Echo devices.
Collaborate with OEM partners to provide them with tech requirements to include Alexa built-in voice experiences in their own product portfolio.
Key job responsibilities:
Assist in developing tech and product requirements, design specifications, go-to-market plans, and partner communication strategy for key product features.
Support the product vision and go-to-market strategy for a new strategic business.
Create buy-in for your vision across the Alexa organization and with external partners.
Influence leaders across engineering, design, business development, solutions architecture, marketing, PR, legal, and finance to deliver exceptional results.
Establish key performance indicators, drive feature adoption, and measure the health of your product and business.
Assist in creating and influencing product roadmaps across a large organization.
Define the video experience for Content Search and Recommendation for Alexa Built-in Smart TVs.
A day in the life:
As a Senior Product Manager – Technical, you will work with customers to define the product vision and business plan for a new, strategic Alexa business. You will get buy-in on your vision from customers, partners, and executives across the company. You will collaborate with design and engineering leaders to define product requirements, delightful user experiences, and a scalable architecture. You will partner with marketing, PR, and BDSA leaders to define how to take your products to market and drive broad adoption. You will partner with customers and OEM partners to provide them with APIs or device specs to build the NorthStar Alexa built-in experiences for Smart TVs, Speakers, and more device form factors.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree. Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition. Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product. Experience contributing to engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product. Experience managing technical products or online services. Experience in representing and advocating for a variety of critical customers and stakeholders during executive-level prioritization and planning. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
