Job Description & Requirements Specialty: Long Term Care Discipline: LPN / LVN Start Date: 12/16/2024 Duration: 5 weeks 36 hours per week Shift: 12 hours, nights Employment Type: Travel Position: LPN contractor for Skilled Nursing units. Shift: Nights (6:30 PM - 7:00 AM). Valid Wisconsin (WI) LPN License. CPR certification. Full COVID-19 and flu vaccination. Ability to work every third weekend and holiday.
