Financial Management & Reporting : Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, ensuring compliance with standards and delivering insights to leadership. Project Financial Oversight : Collaborate with project managers to track budgets, analyze variances, and control costs throughout various project phases. Cash Flow & Liquidity Management : Oversee cash flow, ensuring liquidity for operational needs, and manage accounts payable and receivable. Strategic Financial Planning : Work closely with senior leadership on long-term financial planning, evaluating new business opportunities, and providing insights for financial strategies. Regulatory Compliance & Risk Management : Ensure adherence to relevant regulations, establish internal controls, and oversee audit processes. Leadership : Guide and develop the finance team, fostering a collaborative and solution-oriented culture.

Profile

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA highly preferred, with a Master's or MBA as a plus. 7+ years in accounting and finance, with 1+ years in leadership roles. Experience in construction accounting and general contracting is strongly preferred. Expertise in construction financials, job costing, and project management software (e.g., Procore, Viewpoint, or Buildertrend), along with advanced Excel skills.
