MN Urology is currently seeking a full time Clinical Assistant or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) (CMA/RMA/MA)
Position is located in our Coon Rapids, MN clinic
Monday-Friday
Regular Daytime Hours, No Evenings, No Weekends, No Holidays!

Primary Objective
Responsible for providing basic care including assisting medical providers with all procedures and tests, may involve traveling to satellite facilities with providers, providing patient education and training, communicating effectively with patients and all members of the clinical services team including receiving, recording, and responding to patient calls, and assisting other staff in the clinic.
RESPONSIBILITIES MAY INCLUDE:
* Performs routine office procedures and testing in a safe and effective manner. * Effectively communicates via telephone and in-person in a courteous, prompt and polite manner. * Documents all information accurately in EMR. * Identifies patient education needs and provide information. * Communicates effectively and professionally with providers, clinic director, nurse manager, co-workers and patients.
Qualifications
* Medical Assistant (MA, RMA, CMA, NCMA, CCMA) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) * Must be a graduate from an accredited Medical Assistant program. * At least one year of previous clinical experience as an LPN or Medical Assistant strongly preferred. * CPR Certification preferred but may provide certification.
