HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT: Oversee the demand management and integration of IT/SaaS solutions to meet North America's HR business requirements. Act as a strategic partner, building strong relationships with stakeholders to understand and clarify business needs. Lead and facilitate requirements and design workshops, encompassing planning, testing, implementation, and training. Create functional and program specifications and manage the implementation of application enhancements. Ensure compliance with corporate standards and contribute to change management strategies for new solutions. Coordinate the resolution of technical issues through root cause analysis and recommendations for improvement. Collaborate on SaaS platform selection and service contract negotiations. Maintain documentation of lessons learned, best practices, and process improvements. Monitor application availability and stability while ensuring timely resolution of issues. Support end-users with training and functional inquiries, ensuring effective knowledge transfer. ARE YOU AN IT BUSINESS ANALYST ROCK STAR? Education & Experience : Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering; Masters in MIS preferred. 8+ years of IT industry experience, including relevant expertise in HR platforms and SaaS solutions. Skills & Expertise : Strong understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC). Exceptional skills in requirements gathering, functional design, and implementation. Proficient in managing change management initiatives and ensuring systems compliance. Experience with SaaS platform evaluation and contract negotiations. PMP certification preferred but not required. Personal Attributes : Strong communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration with stakeholders and technical teams. Proven ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment. Analytical thinker with excellent problem-solving skills.
