Account Executive (AE)
to join a growing Account Services Team at a boutique marketing agency in Naperville, Illinois. This role focuses on managing client relationships and acting as the primary liaison with internal teams to ensure client needs are met effectively. Key Responsibilities: Build and maintain strong client relationships. Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely execution and delivery. Anticipate client needs and proactively develop solutions to meet their objectives. Draft clear and concise project briefs, detailing scope, deliverables, timelines, and other essential information. Demonstrate value to clients by highlighting the impact and ROI of delivered work. Collaborate with internal teams to develop innovative strategies that exceed client expectations. Celebrate team successes and embrace a collaborative, flexible work environment.
What Were Looking For: Strong communication and active listening skills. Detail-oriented with the ability to manage tight deadlines effectively. A team player who thrives in a collaborative environment. MUST HAVE: At least 2 years of experience in a client-facing, project management role, preferably from an ad/marketing agency.
Position Details: Hybrid work schedule, with 3 days per week in the Naperville office.
