Mental Health Therapist Part Time

Please ensure you read the below overview and requirements for this employment opportunity completely. We are seeking a Mental Health Therapist to join our Outpatient Team. This flexible, part-time position can be built around your schedule! This role will serve the full lifespan in an outpatient clinic setting. Essential Functions include: Facilitate and co-facilitate individual, group, family, and crisis therapies Competencies and ability to provide empirically-supported psychotherapy to address a wide range of clinical and behavioral issues Provide intakes, diagnostic evaluations, and updates to evaluations Develop and implement a treatment plan Complete a Behavior Intervention/Crisis Plan Complete third party billing requirements such as obtaining prior authorizations and communicating with the billing office as necessary Collaborate regularly with both staff and community partners including: schools, social services, court services, medical agencies, mental health providers, managed care organizations and the community at large Participate in the referral process Maintain necessary written records in accordance with NPMHC policies and procedures and other applicable regulations Provide crisis intervention services as requested Qualifications include: Master's Degree in the Behavioral Sciences field (i.e. Clinical Counseling, Clinical Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, Marriage & Family Therapy, Social Work) Independently licensed or license eligible. Master's level clinicians pursuing licensure are encouraged to apply!
