Locum Anesthesiologists needed to start ASAP and work ongoing near East Macon, GA. GA licensed preferred. Shift Type: 8s, 10s, 12s. Regular Hours: Required. In House Call: Preferred. Weeknight - On Call (Pager): Preferred. Weekend - On Call (Pager): Preferred. Overtime Expected: Not expected but offered. Cases: General, Cardiac, Neuro, Ortho, OB, Pediatrics. Site Charting System: Epic. Number of Anesthesia Rooms: 36. Are MDs supervising CRNAs: Yes. What is the CRNA to MD ratio: 4 to 1. Are MDs doing their own cases: No. Other notes about the site: We are looking for clinicians that can and will take call. Peds experience a bonus as we could use a clinician that is comfortable doing peds, so they can flex between the main hospital, ASC and Childrens Hospital. MDs are sometimes doing their own cases.
