QC Associate

Job Title: QC Associate Job Description We are seeking a Quality Control Associate to support our Environmental Monitoring, Bioburden, and water collection programs. This role is part of a global CDMO in pharmaceutical manufacturing, specializing in process development and cGMP production in cell culture, microbial fermentation, and gene therapies. This position offers a fantastic opportunity to learn time management, microbiological test methods, and gain exposure to the CDMO space. Responsibilities * Support Environmental Monitoring programs * Conduct Bioburden testing * Perform water collection and testing * Utilize Kinetics Endotoxin methods * Maintain compliance with GMP standards Essential Skills * Experience with Kinetics Endotoxin methods * 1-3 years of Environmental Monitoring experience * 1-3 years of Bioburden testing experience * GMP laboratory experience Additional Skills & Qualifications * BS/BA in science, preferably in microbiology, biology, pharmaceutical sciences, or related technical field * Experience with endotoxin (gel clot and/or kinetic metals) * Experience with autoclaving and general housekeeping in the lab Work Environment This position is based at a large site with three buildings supporting various parts of the global organization. The QC team is a smaller group within the larger QC department, consisting of 11 individuals working in 4 shifts, with 2 analysts per shift. Work shifts include Sunday - Wednesday (7:00am to 5:00pm) and Sunday - Wednesday (2:00pm to 12:00am).
