This role involves assisting patients with daily living activities, monitoring vital signs, and ensuring a safe and comfortable environment. The ideal candidate is compassionate, detail-oriented, and committed to enhancing the quality of life for patients. Requirements: * High school diploma or equivalent. * Current State Tested Nursing Aide (STNA) certification in the state of employment. * Prior experience in a healthcare setting is preferred but not required; new graduates are encouraged to apply. * Proficiency in basic patient care tasks, including bathing, dressing, feeding, and mobility assistance. * Strong communication and interpersonal skills. * Ability to work effectively as part of a healthcare team. * Basic knowledge of infection control practices. * Ability to lift and move patients, stand for extended periods, and perform physically demanding tasks. Responsibilities * Assist patients with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting. * Monitor and record vital signs, such as temperature, blood pressure, and pulse. * Help patients with mobility, including transferring them to and from beds or wheelchairs. * Report any changes in patient conditions to the nursing staff. * Maintain a clean, safe, and organized environment for patients. * Assist with feeding patients who require help and ensure they receive adequate nutrition. * Provide emotional support to patients and their families, fostering a positive and caring atmosphere. * Follow all safety and infection control procedures to protect patients and staff. Job Types : Full-time, PRN, Temporary, Contract Pay Rate: $21 - $25 per hour
