LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with a growing Construction company in Las Vegas, NV that is looking for a Bilingual (Spanish) Administrative Assistant to join the team! This is a full-time in-office position. Pay range $22-$24 per hour depending on prior experience. 

The Construction Fleet Administrator plays a crucial role in supporting the Fleet Department by handling various administrative tasks. This includes developing and typing written correspondence, reports, and other forms of communication. They also participate in administrative functions such as creating complex spreadsheet reports, managing accounts payable, and making journal entries.

Here are some key responsibilities of the role:

  • Preparing Confidential Reports: The administrator is responsible for preparing various confidential departmental reports as assigned by management. This involves collecting information, compiling it into standard or non-standard formats, printing, proofreading, and distributing the reports to appropriate company personnel.
  • DMV Vehicle Registrations: They assist with DMV vehicle registrations, licensing, and regulations to ensure that all fleet vehicles are compliant with legal requirements.
  • Fuel Tracking System: The administrator helps manage the fuel tracking system and generates reports on employee usage to monitor and control fuel expenses.
  • Rental Equipment Operations: They oversee the operations of rental equipment, including allocating equipment to jobs for daily costing and ensuring efficient use of resources.
  • Equipment Rentals and Inventory Management: The role involves assisting with equipment rentals and managing shop inventory to ensure that all necessary tools and equipment are available and in good condition.
  • Processing Purchase Orders: They process purchase orders for shop supplies, inventory, and equipment rentals to maintain smooth operations.
  • Supporting Other Areas: The administrator supports other areas as required and assists with special projects as necessary, providing flexibility and adaptability to the team.

Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent is required
Bilingual in Spanish is Required
Must have 2 years of Construction Admin Assistant experience in a admin support role or project coordinator or fleet admin role 
Intermediate Microsoft Office Suite skills (Excel- Vlook ups and Pivot Tables) 
Sage is a plus but not required

Pay Details: $22.00 to $24.00 per hour
