Deputy Sheriff

Join our team as a Deputy Sheriff in Hitchcock County, Nebraska. As a Deputy Sheriff, you will play a crucial role in maintaining public safety and upholding the law in our communities.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Conduct patrols to ensure the safety and security of residents
2. Investigate criminal activities and incidents
3. Enforce laws and regulations
4. Respond to emergency calls and provide assistance
5. Participate in community policing initiatives

Job Requirements:

• Certified or Non Certified
• Proficient in the use of firearms and defensive tactics
• Ability to conduct background investigations and drug testing
• Excellent report writing and communication skills

Salary: $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
