This role is crucial for driving the discovery and deployment of new digital initiatives that enhance the employee experience (EX) for all Sanofians on behalf of the People and Culture (P&C) function. The successful candidate will be the EX design strategy owner, focusing on persona-based user experiences and collaborating closely with technology portfolio owners for Core HRIS, reward and performance, talent, learning and workplace experience to optimize integrated user experiences across global and localized P&C processes and technologies.We are an innovative global healthcare company with one purpose: to chase the miracles of science to improve people’s lives. Ready to get started?Main Responsibilities:Digital EX Strategy: Lead the discovery, design, and deployment of new digital experience (EX) initiatives for the P&C function. Develop and implement strategies to enhance employee interactions or journeys across P&C processes and technologies.Persona-Based Experience Design: Own the EX design strategy with a focus on creating persona-based user experiences and managing employee journeys. Leveraging expertise from the digital customer experience team, ensure that P&C processes and technologies are tailored to meet the needs of different user personas within the organization.Collaboration: Work closely with portfolio owners, Centers of Excellence (CoEs), and other stakeholders to optimize the integrated user experience. Advice technology product owners and process owners on best practices to balance global core models with localization requirements to deliver a seamless and effective EX.Integration: Ensure that new digital initiatives are effectively integrated with existing P&C systems and processes. Drive alignment between global and local needs to maintain consistency and quality across the organization.Innovation: Stay current with emerging trends and technologies in digital experience design. Apply innovative approaches to continuously improve the employee experience within the P&C function.User Feedback: Collect and analyze user feedback to inform the design and implementation of digital EX initiatives. Use insights to drive improvements and ensure that the digital experiences meet user expectations.About YouQualifications:Experience: Minimum of 7 years of experience in digital experience design, with a focus on HR or P&C functions. Proven track record of leading digital initiatives and enhancing user experiences.Expertise: Strong background in persona-based design and user experience strategy. Familiarity with digital technologies and their application in P&C functions.Collaboration: Demonstrated ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams, including portfolio owners and CoEs, to achieve integrated and optimized user experiences.Innovation: Creative and forward-thinking with a passion for leveraging new technologies to improve digital experiences. Ability to stay ahead of industry trends and apply innovative solutions.Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts and strategies to diverse audiences.Education: Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
