Job Description: Level 1 CNC operator. Operate CNC Lathe / Mill with supervisory assistance. Follow supervisor / lead verbal directions, able to use basic measuring tools to check and verify that completed operations meet drawing dimensions. Key Responsibilities: Checks parts to maintain quality production; Performs regular manual tasks; Insures that output normally equals or exceed that expected; Keeps quality up to acceptable standards with little discrepant work; Performs tasks equal to or exceeding established standards Working consistently, working overtime and traveling as required; Conducts himself/herself in a business-like and civil manner; Ability to react to change productively and perform other essential tasks assigned Skills and Requirements: Applicant must be ITAR compliant Knowledge of CNC lathe / mill machining including set-ups as required; Adequate manual dexterity to safely and proficiently perform pre-setups or set-ups of certain job operations on CNC lathes / mills; Ability to read, write and follow written and verbal instructions in English; Ability to work with a number sequence; Ability to work well with only a modest amount of repeated instructions; Be team oriented and possess flexibility and adaptability Physical Requirements: Must be able to lift up to 30 pounds; Must be able to stand for long periods of time; Must be able to do repetitive motion, arms, wrists, elbows and shoulders; EEO M/F/D/V Custom Control Sensors, LLC. is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action employer.
