Senior Functional Analyst (Taleo and Workday)

One of the primary responsibilities of the Technology Services (TS) ERP Cloud Solution Delivery team is to provide technical support to the various HCM application cloud system/s. We are seeking a technical or techno-functional resource to support Taleo Enterprise Edition (TEE) Integration and Report development utilizing the Taleo Connect Client (TCC) and Oracle Analytics Server (OAS) applications in a Windows environment. TEE functional knowledge would be a plus. The Contractor will provide support to ensure seamless integration to/from Taleo with existing HCM systems, develop reports, perform end-to-end testing of said Integrations and Reports and/or business processes. The Contractor would support new development of Integrations and Reports as well as the enhancements to existing reports and processes. REQUIREMENTS: Personnel Qualifications A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related degree in the IT field or equivalent experience. At least 10 years of experience in full SDLC for all task order applications and technologies. Capabilities Participate with TS teams in the software development life cycle for the financials application, Procurement, Workflow, other financials products and self-service applications. Provide responsive support to production Perform project management or implementation assistance for new software products. Process customer requests, gather requirements, design and perform application setups, assist with technical development, perform unit testing and production setups. Prepare appropriate documentation and provide efficient and effective solutions to meet business needs and maintain validity of system controls and data integrity. Provide support for system administration, implementations, user training and documenting business processes. Provide guidance and advice for process Set up/customizing Workflows and Self-Service Work effectively as a team member and provide excellent support to client users. Participate with TS teams in the software development life cycle for HCM and CRM applications and portals. Work effectively with delivered HCM/CRM functional Provide responsive support to production Utilize XML/BI Publisher for human capital management Provide guidance and advice for process Set up/customize Workflows and Self-Service Work effectively as a team member and provide excellent support to client users. Perform project management tasks associated with System Development Lifecycle. Administer HCM/CRM application Analyze user needs to determine functional and cross-functional Performs functional allocation to identify required tasks and their Identifies resources required for each Provides daily supervision and direction to support The candidate shall also demonstrate the below knowledge and experience: The ability to modify Integrations and create new Integrations as well as configure Taleo integration settings and APIs Possess experience with developing reports and responding to ad-hoc data requests Create detailed documentation of integration processes, data flows, and system configuration Provide training sessions for relevant staff on the integrated systems Data migration report confirming successful transfer of data Other duties as assigned Strong work ethic Excellent communication and organizational skills The Contractor shall deliver, but not limited to, the following: Design, create and test assigned Design, create and test assigned Document project deliverables such as requirements specifications, design and test Prepare and deliver documents for peer Monitor related issues during the various project phases and work with the team on the issue resolution.
