Responsibilities: Provide comprehensive support to management in various HR domains, including Employee Relations, Compensation Management, Performance Management, Talent Acquisition, and Employee Benefits Administration. Act as a liaison for HR policies and procedures, ensuring alignment with organizational goals. Develop, maintain, and enforce consistency in HR policies while ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Proactively monitor and interpret changes in legislation, implementing necessary updates to maintain compliance. Direct and evaluate HR operations to ensure performance, quality control, and adherence to organizational standards. Oversee and coordinate internal and external HR audits, ensuring the accuracy and integrity of HR processes. Implement performance improvement strategies to align individual contributions with organizational objectives. Oversee the administration of employee health and benefit programs, ensuring effective communication and seamless operations. Requirements: 7+ years of Proven experience in HR management. Strong knowledge of employment laws, compliance standards, and HR best practices. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills. Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive issues with confidentiality and professionalism. Strong organizational and leadership abilities.
