This position will become part of the engineering team to enhance our customers abilities to design, develop and implement technical strategic plans and processes.Responsibilities: The strategic planner position will work to define, develop, execute, and improve strategic implementation planning for AF DCGS operations through policy, doctrine, and processes.In your role, you'll provide strengths, weakness, and opportunities analysis towards current and future policy and processes associated with full lifecycle sustainment of the IT based weapon system.You'll collaborate with various stakeholders to ensure alignment of goals and strategies, adjusting plans as needed based on changing circumstances or new information, and assisting in the implementation of strategic initiatives across the organization.As a team member you'll be looking forward to future scenarios to he organization prepare for potential challenges and opportunities supporting modernization.Qualifications: Required:5+ years' experience developing strategic plans and policies, supporting DoD, Joint or AF systems or programs.Experience supporting complex information systems or weapon system projects.Enterprise strategic planning experience.Proficient with Microsoft Suites (PowerPoint, Word, Excel)TS/SCI clearance or Top Secret with SCI eligibility requiredBachelor's DegreeDesired:10+ years' experience in either Air Force C2 and/or ISR programsAbility to perform analytical thinking to gather, interpret, and analyze complex data and informationProficiency with JIRA, Confluence, and MS ProjectProject Management Professional CertificationCertified Strategy & Business Planning Professional CertificationApplied knowledge in Adaptive Acquisition Framework PathwaysTop Secret/SCI clearanceMaster's DegreeWhat You Can Expect:A culture of integrity.At CACI, we place character and innovation at the center of everything we do.
