The Clinic invites OB/GYN Physicians to apply for an Inpatient OB/GYN Laborist hospital-employed opportunity You will enjoy:- A flexible schedule of 7 to 8 (24-hour) shifts per month- Multidisciplinary team approach- Managing the obstetric unit- Performing obstetric triage- Labor, delivery, and emergency room coverage- Weekend cross-coverage with other local groups- The Family Birthing Center has 20 private rooms with approximately 1600 hundred annual deliveriesRequirements:- Board Certified/Board Eligible OB/GYN physician- Connecticut Licensed, Federal DEA, and Controlled Substance Registration (CSR) or soon eligibleThe team is anchored by exceptionally talented obstetrics and gynecology physicians, neonatology/nurse midwives, and nurse practitioners/physician assistants. Our strong partnerships further supports Level III Neonatology. Unit with expert neonatologists, neonatology nurses, lactation consultants, pediatricians, physician therapists, respiratory therapists, and social workers.
