Jul 08, 2021 Profile As the VP of Agency & Brand Partnerships Midwest at InMobi, you will be responsible for developing and growing InMobi’s agency and brand relationships in North America in the Midwest Region. Reporting to the VP of North America (NA) Sales, this senior role will work collaboratively across disciplines to craft our go-to-market strategy and execution plan that amplifies InMobi’s brand while developing deeper strategic engagement and partnerships across key HC’s and agencies, clients, and DSP account teams in support of InMobi’s product and revenue objectives. You will lead a team of 8-10 sales professionals, comfortable selling both media and technology solutions as well as data, insights, research, and creative. This role requires senior-level relationships at clients and brands and the ability to sell through at the most senior levels. What will you bring? Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience Minimum of 10 years’ experience in the digital media space, preferably with a focus on creating partnerships with Ad Age Top 200 advertisers and their agencies and DSPs Experience in digital advertising, enterprise solutions, online media buying, and advertising technologies Experience in senior-level technical stakeholder relationship management, translating their business needs into innovative technology solutions Experience working with cross-functional teams and building relationships across internal teams Demonstrated strategic and analytical sales and account management approach Strong organizational and negotiation skills, with the ability to multi-task Passionate team player with a sense of humor and desire to win with, and for, the team Proven People Manager with the ability to hire and train rock star sellers How will you lead? Manage a team of sellers in the Midwest focused on hunting large customers and growing revenue from our large partnerships. Build and foster long-term senior relationships with global/regional agency leaders and decision-makers that includes the end-to-end customer relationship for their revenue, tech, and data needs. Build and foster long-term relationships with brands directly. Lead efforts in structuring, drafting, and negotiating agency and brand incentive plans focused to win and grow share of spend. Drive thought leadership/strategic thinking by partnering with key internal stakeholders e.g. product, marketing, DSP, and Exchange leaders. Partner with Vertical Strategy leads to develop pitch and win business across all target categories: CPG, Pharma, QSR, Entertainment, Auto, Telco, Finance, Insurance. Lead best-in-class sales practices and trainings to enable teams with the best tools and solutions in the market. What does InMobi do?
