General Manager
to join our team at a high-volume restaurant at
Inside Park at St. Bart's
in
New York, NY ! The ideal candidate will have experience with large accounts, proficiency in software systems, and excellent communication skills. We seek an organized, driven, and energetic individual who stays ahead of industry trends, handles change well, and can take direction and feedback from multiple leaders. This position requires the ability to lead a diverse team, face daily challenges, and maintain a positive and energetic work environment. We are looking for candidates who have: Experience managing a team both front-of-house and back-of-house Financial acumen, experience with creating and managing budgets Experience training and mentoring a talented and diverse staff Customer-driven and strong track record in organizational development Superior client relations skills and executive presence Experience with farm to table cuisine and sustainability Experience with building great teams Is this opportunity right for you? Compensation is fair and equitable, partially determined by a candidate's education level or years of relevant experience. Salary offers are based on a candidate's specific criteria, like experience, skills, education, and training.
