We're a post-PMF B2B startup with ARR growing exponentially every month. As we continue to expand our customer base, we're looking for a

Head of Demand Generation

to drive growth and maximize our acquisition efforts. This role will play a critical part in scaling our business and optimizing our demand generation strategies.

We're a remote team focused on building our growth engine across key markets, including San Francisco, CA.

Skills & experience we're looking for:

Proven track record in leading demand generation or growth marketing for a B2B SaaS or software company.

At least 3 years of experience in demand generation, with hands-on experience in performance marketing, content marketing, and funnel optimization.

Data-driven mindset with expertise in using analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot, Mixpanel) to inform strategy and decision-making.

Experience working closely with sales and customer success teams to ensure alignment and optimize the lead-to-revenue journey.

Familiarity with tools like HubSpot, Close CRM, and Instantly for managing campaigns and analyzing pipeline impact.

Ability to develop, test, and refine strategies to continuously improve key demand generation metrics (CAC, LTV, lead quality, etc.).

Bonus if:

You have scaled demand generation efforts from early-stage to growth-stage in a B2B SaaS environment.

You are a self-starter who thrives in fast-paced, agile environments.

You have experience in both inbound and outbound lead generation techniques.

You’ve worked in a company with a founder-led sales approach.

You have a strong understanding of SEO, PPC, content marketing, and email marketing strategies.
