JOB SUMMARY We are seeking an experienced

Director/Sr. Director of Technical Program Management (TPM)

to lead cross-functional initiatives and drive the execution of complex technology projects. In this leadership role, you will oversee the delivery of strategic programs, coordinate across engineering, product, and operations teams, and ensure alignment with business goals. You will play a critical role in driving organizational efficiency, risk management, and program success at scale, while developing and refining processes for AI-powered and cloud-based solutions. Reporting directly to the CTO, this position will be essential in ensuring timely and high-quality product launches for iTradeNetwork’s technology platforms. Key Responsibilities: Program Leadership and Delivery:

Lead and manage

end-to-end execution

of large, complex technical programs, ensuring on-time and high-quality delivery. Define program scope, timelines, and key deliverables, ensuring

alignment with business objectives . Identify dependencies, risks, and bottlenecks early in the project lifecycle and develop mitigation strategies to

de-risk project delivery . Develop program frameworks that enable

agile delivery

while maintaining predictability and accountability. Strategic Planning and Stakeholder Management:

Collaborate closely with

product, engineering, and operations teams

to ensure alignment between technology and business roadmaps. Act as a trusted advisor to

executive leadership , providing regular status updates, insights, and recommendations for program success. Establish and maintain communication channels with

cross-functional stakeholders , ensuring transparency throughout program delivery. Team Leadership and Mentorship:

Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing

TPM team , fostering a culture of ownership, collaboration, and continuous improvement. Develop training programs and processes to

upskill team members

and align them with evolving business needs. Manage program teams to ensure accountability, delivery excellence, and stakeholder satisfaction. Process Improvement and Best Practices:

Establish and enforce

best practices in technical program management , including agile methodologies, risk management, and change control processes. Drive continuous improvement initiatives that enhance

efficiency and scalability

across programs. Implement

KPIs and OKRs

to measure program success and organizational impact. Technology Enablement and AI Integration:

Partner with engineering to

drive adoption of AI/ML technologies

within program frameworks, enabling predictive analytics, automation, and intelligent project management. Oversee cloud transformation projects, ensuring

scalability and security

across platforms like GCP, AWS, or Azure. Ensure the implementation of

robust monitoring and reporting systems

to proactively manage risks and align program outcomes with business priorities. What you’ll need: 10+ years of experience

in technical program management, with at least

5 years in a leadership role

managing large-scale, cross-functional programs. Proven track record of delivering

complex software and cloud-based solutions

on time and within scope. Deep understanding of

agile methodologies , project management frameworks (e.g., SAFe, Scrum), and tools such as

Jira and Confluence . Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to

influence cross-functional teams

and executive stakeholders. Experience with

cloud platforms

(GCP, AWS, or Azure) and working knowledge of

AI/ML integration

into technology programs. Excellent

communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills , with a proactive approach to mitigating risks and solving challenges. Experience managing

distributed teams

and leading

global initiatives

across multiple time zones. Ability to

translate business requirements into actionable technical plans

and ensure alignment between strategy and execution. Nice-to-Have Qualifications: Certifications such as

PMP, PgMP, Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP) , or

SAFe Program Consultant . Experience managing

AI/ML product rollouts

or cloud migration projects. Familiarity with

data-driven decision-making

processes and program analytics. Expertise in

continuous improvement frameworks , including Lean principles.
