About the role We’re searching for a highly motivated and creative Senior Demand Generation Manager to lead our efforts in driving awareness, engagement, and pipeline growth. This is a pivotal role that requires a mix of strategic thinking, campaign execution, and performance analysis. The ideal candidate will have a track record of generating high-quality leads and driving revenue for B2B software companies, along with a passion for storytelling and innovation. What you'll do

Design and execute multi-channel demand generation campaigns, including email, social media, paid media, and events, to drive pipeline growth. Collaborate with sales, product, and marketing teams to create targeted strategies that align with buyer personas and customer needs. Develop and maintain a lead scoring framework to prioritize high-potential opportunities. Optimize lead nurturing strategies to boost conversion rates, reduce churn, and enhance customer lifetime value. Produce compelling content that addresses customer pain points and highlights Pendulum’s unique value. Use A/B testing and performance analysis to refine campaigns and make data-driven improvements. Work cross-functionally with teams across the company to ensure campaigns align with broader business goals. Monitor budgets, forecast spend, and measure success using key metrics like conversion rates, pipeline growth, and ROI. What you bring

Proven experience:

You’ve built successful demand generation strategies in a B2B environment, with measurable results in pipeline and revenue growth. Tech-savviness:

You’re comfortable with marketing tools like CRM, marketing automation, social media management, and analytics platforms. Content creation skills:

You have a knack for crafting messaging that resonates with prospects and engages them meaningfully. Data-driven decision-making:

You use analytics to drive strategy and aren’t afraid to pivot based on what the numbers reveal. Strong communication:

Your ability to collaborate with teams and communicate clearly makes you a go-to partner across the organization. Adaptability:
