Represent clients in complex corporate disputes, including breach of contract, shareholder disputes, and fiduciary duty claims. Conduct thorough legal research and draft motions, pleadings, and briefs. Develop and implement litigation strategies tailored to client goals and case specifics. Engage in pre-trial discovery, including depositions, interrogatories, and document review. Negotiate settlements and alternative dispute resolutions. Present cases effectively in court, including motions, trials, and appeals. Advise clients on potential legal risks and business decisions. Collaborate with legal team members and support staff to ensure seamless case management. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of laws, regulations, and industry trends relevant to corporate litigation. Requirements

Active admission to the New York State Bar. 5-8 years of experience in corporate disputes and litigation. Proven track record of handling complex corporate litigation cases. Exceptional analytical, research, and writing skills. Strong negotiation and trial advocacy skills. Ability to manage multiple cases and priorities in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Education

Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school. Certifications
