You are: An experienced UKG Integration Consultant with a drive to succeed, a desire to learn, that will develop and grow our T&O UKG business. The Work: The UKG (Legacy Kronos) Dimensions (Pro WFM) Integration Consultant works closely with teammates to ensure the maximum time to value of our clients’ workforce management investment is achieved. Specifically, the primary objective for this role is to understand clients’ current state and use expert knowledge and best practices to deliver Boomi Integration solutions on time, within budget, and with exceptional quality. The UKG (legacy Kronos) Integration Consultant heads large, complex workforce management strategic and implementation engagements and manages these projects to successful completion. Job Responsibilities:

Works with client leadership and Accenture project members to identify, analyze, and devise solutions to address complex business requirements and processes related to all areas of API and Boomi integration. Able to lead all phases of a UKG Dimensions Software implementation requirements, design, development, testing, and deployment using industry and UKG best practices. Collaborates with internal and external stakeholders to identify integration best practices, implement process improvements, and drives resources to deliver outcomes on time, within budget and with exceptional quality. Proactively identifies project issues and recommend viable solutions. Provides content expertise for tool set up and implementation ensuring successful and sustainable execution of the UKG Dimensions integration platform and technologies. Leads trainings in workforce management tools for leadership and staff. Travel may be required for this role. The amount of travel will vary from 0 to 100% depending on business need and client requirements. Here’s what you need:

Minimum of 2 years of experience with UKG Dimensions and Boomi Software Suite. Minimum of 2 years of experience integrating with APIs. Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years' work experience). If Associate’s Degree, must have equivalent (minimum 6-year work experience). Bonus points if:

Boomi Professional Certification. Minimum of 4 years of experience with UKG Integration (including WIM and Boomi). Minimum of 4 years of experience with a combination of UKG Workforce Central and UKG Dimensions suites. Minimum of 4 years of experience in implementing or training on a packaged software system. Leadership skills to mentor and develop internal resources. Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
