Job Summary: Our client is seeking a Laboratory Service Engineer to support the development of new products and enhance existing systems. The ideal candidate will have a background in semiconductor equipment maintenance and troubleshooting, with the ability to work in a dynamic R&D environment. Required: Experience as a Field Support Engineer or Product Support Engineer in semiconductor equipment PLC Programming Expertise in helium leak checking Electro-mechanical troubleshooting and maintenance skills Ability to work independently using schematics, P&IDs, signal lists, and written procedures Decision-making skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, start-up-like environment 2 year contract role with possible conversion to full-time employee!!! 0% travel - work onsite! High School Responsibilities: Product Development Support:

Modify and maintain prototype equipment to aid new product development; create procedures and documentation for design and R&D activities with limited existing guidelines. Equipment Maintenance:

Perform preventative and corrective maintenance, troubleshooting, upgrades, and calibration in the applications lab. Safety Requirements:

Use personal protective equipment (PPE) like APR or SCBA for handling hazardous materials and meet certification standards. Collaboration:

Work closely with Productivity, Process Development, Engineering, and R&D teams. Tool Support:

Assist with tool installations, retrofits, and documentation. Training:

Occasionally train Field Service Engineers, Engineering Technicians, Laboratory Service Engineers, or Process Engineers from regional accounts.
