is seeking a detail-oriented
ERP and Supply Chain Data Analyst
to support and enhance our supply chain operations through effective ERP system management and data analysis. This role will work closely with supply chain, manufacturing, operations, and IT teams to ensure the accuracy of data, optimize planning parameters, and create insightful reports using tools like Power BI. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of supply chain processes and ERP systems, providing key data-driven insights to improve decision-making. Responsibilities ERP System Support: Assist in the continuous improvement of ERP systems to support supply chain & manufacturing processes, ensuring that systems align with operational needs. Master Data Management: Ensure the accuracy, consistency, and integrity of product master data in the ERP system. Supply Chain Data Analysis: Analyze supply chain data and trends to support inventory optimization, demand forecasting, and supply planning. Reporting & Visualization: Design and develop reports, dashboards, and data visualizations in Power BI or other reporting tools to track key supply chain performance metrics (KPIs). Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams (e.g., procurement, production, finance) to provide data support and insights for process improvements. Documentation & Training: Document ERP workflows and provide training to users on data-related aspects of ERP functionality. Qualifications and Experience Experience working with ERP systems (preferably Microsoft Dynamics AX2012 or D365) in a supply chain or logistics context. Strong understanding of supply chain processes (demand planning, procurement, inventory management, etc.). Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools such as Power BI, Excel, or SQL. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail. Strong communication skills, with the ability to present complex data in a clear and concise manner.
