President and CEO
Jewishsac, St. Petersburg, Florida, United States, 33739
The Florida Holocaust Museum (FHM) is one of the largest Holocaust museums in the United States with more than 23,000 artifacts in its collection. One of only three such museums accredited by the American Alliance of Museums, FHM boasts an outstanding collection of contemporary visual art as well as the largest Holocaust research library in the Southeastern United States. Its permanent exhibit highlights the artifacts, photographs, documents, and testimonies of Holocaust Survivors and Liberators. Over the last year alone, hundreds of thousands of visitors, students, and educators interacted with the Museum through its exhibits, tours, trainings, and educational resources.
This year has been a year of incredible growth for The Florida Holocaust Museum. It was announced in early 2024 that FHM will be the home of Elie Wiesel’s personal collection, including his Nobel prize, the entire contents of his personal office and library, and a variety of artworks, photographs, and recordings – some of which have never been seen.
The next President and CEO will have the unique opportunity to lead and grow the organization to even greater levels of visibility, reach, and impact.
