Promotional and Medical Materials Review Coordinator
is responsible for overseeing the review and approval process for promotional and medical and scientific materials to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and company policies. This role requires a detail-oriented individual who can manage multiple projects, collaborate with various cross functional partners, and ensure that all promotional and medical materials content meets the necessary guidelines before dissemination. Primary Responsibilities:
As a key member of the Promotional (PRC) and Medical and Scientific Review Committee (MSRC) , the Materials Review Coordinator is responsible for coordinating the review of promotional materials (e.g., advertisements, brochures, websites) and medical and scientific materials (e.g., abstracts/posters/presentations, medical exhibit booth materials) to ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulatory standards. Monitor and manage materials in the approval queue to ensure that materials are moving efficiently through the system Track reviewer comments and elicit necessary revisions from stakeholders Coordinate final approvals with Regulatory department and support OPDP submission process Cross-Department Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, legal, and medical reviewers to gather input and facilitate timely reviews of promotional content. Documentation Management: Maintain an organized database of reviewed materials, tracking revisions, approvals, and any necessary changes for future reference. Training and Guidance: Provide Veeva Vault training and support to stakeholders on best practices for promotional and medical and scientific materials content creation. Weekly Meetings: Schedule and facilitate weekly medical and promotional review team meetings for multiple brands ensuring that materials are appropriately prioritized and support ad hoc meetings as needed Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline the promotional and medical materials review process, enhancing efficiency while ensuring compliance. Reporting: Prepare reports on the status of materials and review processes for management as needed. Education and Required Skills:
Bachelor's Degree and 2+ years work experience required, preferably in biotech or pharma Marketing operations or creative agency experience a plus Experience and proficiency in managing multiple projects with various internal stakeholders Ability to think strategically, work collaboratively, communicate effectively across all functions Ability to develop creative approaches to accomplish work and problem solve Strong written and verbal communication skills Strong interpersonal and influencing skills Positive attitude, energetic and proactive Proficiency in Veeva Vault PromoMats, Microsoft Office Travel and Location:
Boston-area onsite, 2-3 days in the office preferred, remote to be considered. Travel
