SENIOR DIRECTOR, SUPPLY CHAIN FINANCE: Become the Newest Member of the VF Family The Sr. Director, Supply Chain Finance works as an integral member of the Enterprise FP&A team and partners with the Supply Chain Management and the Regional and Brand Finance teams. The position is responsible for creating and managing a center of excellence for forecasting and planning supply chain expenses globally and partnering with VF's sourcing organization to drive low costs and expand margins. This individual will partner with the Global Supply Chain team on strategic initiatives and provide financial analysis to support ongoing business process improvement. To succeed, this individual will utilize both relationship building and strong analytical skills to develop and maintain consistent financial processes, performance metrics, and reporting to drive business effectiveness and efficiency across the global supply chain services organization. How You Will Make a Difference: Lead the financial planning and forecasting for all supply chain functions & regions, including supply chain variances, distribution, and logistics. Act as the financial business partner to supply chain leadership, providing insights and recommendations that drive operational efficiency and cost control. Build for process & tooling synergies between regional supply chain Finance team and global product supply. Collaborate with procurement teams to assess supplier cost structures, negotiate contracts, and optimize cost-to-serve models across different regions and brands. Provide financial oversight for initiatives such as supplier consolidation, process improvements, and automation that lead to cost reduction and enhanced supply chain performance. Establish and track key financial and operational metrics related to supply chain performance, such as cost of goods sold (COGS), delivery lead times, logistics costs, and ESG considerations. Collaborate with the supply chain leadership team to develop performance dashboards that provide visibility into supply chain cost drivers and operational effectiveness. Years of Related Professional Experience: 8 – 10+ Educational / Position Requirements: Proven track record of driving cost savings, process improvements, and operational efficiencies within the supply chain function. Experience in financial modeling, scenario analysis, and managing capital investment projects within supply chain environments. Strong understanding of inventory management, logistics, procurement, & supply chain finance best practices. Proficiency in financial analysis tools, ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle), and advanced Excel skills. Experience using data analytics platforms (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) to track supply chain performance and inform decision-making. Strong analytical mindset, with the ability to translate complex financial data into actionable insights for supply chain optimization. Hiring Range :

$182,304.00 USD - $227,880.00 USD annually Incentive Potential

: This position is eligible for additional compensation awards that may include an annual incentive plan, sales incentive, or commission potential.
