SAIC is in search of an Intelligence Community Software Transformation Solutions Architect to join our esteemed Enterprise Solution Architect team. In this remote position, you will serve as the driving force behind the development, design, and seamless integration of end-to-end solutions across technical, management, staffing, and cost estimation domains. Leveraging your extensive domain expertise and profound understanding of customer needs, you'll be instrumental in shaping innovative, competitively priced proposals that secure victories. As the technical lead, you'll collaborate closely with Business Development, Capture, and Proposal teams, identifying, tailoring, and integrating technical capabilities to address customer requirements and position our company for success. Solutions Architects will: Leverage domain expertise, develop comprehensive understanding of customer requirements and lead the development of a complete and highest-rated technical solution and price competitive proposal. Identify technical resources needed to support Pre-B&P and B&P activities. Participate in development of solutions and proposals to unusually complex problems which require a high degree of ingenuity and innovation; and collaborate with technical business units to craft unique solutions to respond to customer challenges. Lead or support the development of the Technical Solution including our Approach, Graphics, and Roadmap with differentiated strengths, tailoring Team SAIC capabilities to the customer problem set. Support capture with customer meetings by presenting SAIC's capabilities, services, and solutions. Qualifications REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelors and 18 years or more of related experience; relevant years of experience may be considered in lieu of a degree Demonstrated expertise providing innovative digital solutions in application modernization and migration to the cloud and legacy software systems development Experience winning large, complex government Engineering, IT or Mission Support programs Extensive proposal experience as the lead technical architect on large ($50M+) government procurements either responding to or evaluating Demonstrated understanding of SAFe and Agile Demonstrated customer affinity with National Intelligence agencies Demonstrated leadership capability to articulate a solution across all stakeholders and management Expert-level written and verbal communication skills; experience transitioning solution into written/oral proposal Understand costs, schedule and level of effort associated with delivering a solution CLEARANCE:
U.S. Citizen with an existing intel TS/SCI clearance and ability to pass Counter Intelligence or Full-Scope Polygraph TRAVEL:
