Administer primarily cloud-managed networks delivering services to multiple locations. Deliver service reliability for systems and applications supporting between 5 users and 1300 users. Identify process and system inefficiencies working to streamline operations using automation. Perform troubleshooting and root-cause analysis of simple to complex systems problems. Maintain servers, network appliances, and hosted applications. Develop and maintain processes supporting end-user experience improvement. Establish and maintain effective working relationships throughout the business. Communicate effectively, both orally and in written form, technical information with a wide variety of individuals and groups. Display excellent organization as it pertains to process execution, documentation, and company assets. Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline such as computer science, information services, or certifications in a related field. 3-5 years of experience in maintaining and securing a multi-site environment. Ability to manage multiple end-user support and business-as-usual requests effectively. Knowledge of hardware and software installation, testing, and operation; knowledge of the application of computer software for automating highly diverse agency/organization activities. Strong communication abilities as demonstrated by work experience. Knowledge of the principles of data communications and telecommunications. Knowledge of local area network concepts and fundamentals. Experience with financial services data systems and vendors is a plus. Compensation
