Solve Real Problems:
We search for the highest impact problems we can find, we spend a lot of time with our customers to understand their true nature, we come up with new ways, and we don’t quit until we’ve reached impact.
Deploy:
We believe in building products close to the customer. Deployment Leads meet our customers where they are, going onsite to learn firsthand about their challenges.
Lead a Team:
Hard problems require team-driven solutions. In this role, you’ll rely on teamwork and coordination to achieve outcomes alongside other highly-competent engineers, analysts, and operators.
Own Customer Relationships:
As you dive deep on customer problems, you’ll encounter a wide wide range of customer personas and personalities. While not a traditional Sales role, being a Deployment Lead will demand deft navigation of customer relationships as you seek to expand our relationships.
Grow:
The problems we work on are hard. No one has yet solved them. We are constantly learning and trying - and that includes learning about ourselves. We are a group who loves to grow - even if it requires hard work to do so.
