Maintenance Planner

Our client, a leading juice manufacturer, is seeking a Maintenance Planner to join their team. As a Maintenance Planner, you will be part of the Maintenance department. The ideal candidate will have communication skills, problem solving, and time management skills, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title:Maintenance Planner

Location: Northeast, PA

Whats the Job?

• Maintenance of production and processing equipment
• Building maintenance
• Maintaining constant contact with production and processing supervision
• Train mechanics in the proper set-up, adjustment, and maintenance of production, processing and seasonal support equipment
• Establishes daily objectives for crew and daily evaluates the extent to which these objectives are being met.

Whats Needed?

• Minimum of four years related applicable experience with Supervision of machine maintenance and repair in a manufacturing environment
• Experience in food manufacturing strongly preferred, Lean and Six Sigma a plus
• Solid record of safety and continuous improvement in an industrial setting
• Cross-functional demonstrated skills in Electrical, PLC, Pneumatics, Hydraulics, Motors, motion control, and mechanical systems
• Strong troubleshooting skillsets with ability to find root cause and provide solutions
