Potential for inpatient Medical Directorship! 

• Participate in development and revision of behavioral health policies
• Oversee the behavioral health quality standards and guidelines are met
• Manage accountability of providers admitting to the behavioral health unit to ensure quality standards are met
• Attend system behavioral health service line meetings
• Assist in recruiting new providers
• Assist with training and education of new staff and providers
