We are seeking a highly motivated, detail-oriented person to join our institutional fixed income trading desk team in Houston, TX.

Strong problem-solving, communication/interpersonal skillset Ability to quickly digest and analyze data including experience in statistical computations Ability to operate proficiently in a fast-paced/high-stress, team-oriented environment High degree of resourcefulness and ability to complete tasks with limited supervision Knowledge of database management and/or A.I./machine-learning a huge plus Main duties consist of supporting the various trading desk/institutional salesforce functions/needs.
REQUIREMENTS:
Undergraduate degree in a business-related discipline.Candidates with a degree in a non-business major or equivalentexperience who have a strong skill set suited for this position will also be considered and are encouraged to apply. High proficiency in Microsoft Excel Required FINRA licenses or the ability to obtain them within a given timetable (will be discussed with applicant).
