This position focuses on initial inspections, document reviews, and supporting QA Engineering in continuous improvement activities relevant to manufacturing processes at our

Fort Worth, TX (Landing Gear facility - Aviation). Hiring an Inspection Technician III on 1st or 2nd shift

to be responsible for performing comprehensive inspection and auditing tasks to ensure compliance with quality standards and aerospace regulatory requirements. This position focuses on initial inspections, document reviews, and supporting QA Engineering in continuous improvement activities relevant to manufacturing processes at our Fort Worth, TX Landing Gear Aviation facility. Position is 100% onsite at our Haltom City, TX location. Primary Responsibilities Responsible for performing daily start up,

review documents and products that are in final inspection area. Review and verify documentation to confirm all sign-offs and inspection points

are complete prior to advancing products to the next production phase. Execute in-process and final inspections in alignment with AS9102 standards and internal quality control procedures. Document all inspection findings

and maintain traceable, compliant inspection records. Scan and archive all relevant documentation for customer-delivered products to ensure robust record-keeping and traceability. Identify and record non-conformances

per AS9100 and internal procedures, generating Non-Conformance Reports (NCR) when necessary. Collaborate with Material Review Board (MRB)

on the disposition of non-conforming products. Assist Quality Engineering with root cause analysis, corrective actions, and follow-up activities. Prioritize inspection tasks according to production schedules to ensure timely delivery. Interpret technical documentation, including

engineering drawings, specifications, and Bill of Materials (BOM). Apply geometric dimensioning and tolerancing (GD&T) principles in product inspection. Utilize calibrated measurement tools (e.g., calipers, micrometers, height gauges) and coordinate measuring machines (CMM) to perform precise inspections. Support Quality Engineering in developing and refining inspection plans and control plans. Perform audits on quality management systems (QMS) and processes, as required. Participate on address quality-related inquiries and provide technical guidance to production staff meetings. Maintain all required certifications and ensure compliance with industry training standards. Perform other duties as assigned by leadership. Basic Qualifications HS diploma with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience. U.S. Person

(U.S. citizen, permanent resident) Typically requires minimum 1 year of assembly/manufacturing inspection experience Experienced in the use of general measurement tools per inspection requirements

Preferred Qualifications Experience in Landing Gear Experience in Aerospace Proficient in blueprint reading and interpretation of technical data and quality procedures Computer skills in word processing, spreadsheets, and databases. Experience with SAP. Strong analytical skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a dynamic environment. Ability and flexibility to work overtime and weekends as needed. Able to lift up to 35 pounds, employees will utilize a lift assist or buddy system if greater than 35 pounds. Ability to read, write, and speak English Ability to interpret and follow component maintenance manuals and all other applicable technical documents
