The ideal candidate will be responsible for executing high-quality legal work efficiently, handling negotiations and mediations, and conducting depositions and court appearances. The Senior Employment Attorney must possess exceptional written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills, be tech-savvy, and be comfortable with Microsoft Office. The position is full-time, 2 days per week in-person, and offers generous PTO, healthcare, and 401k benefits. Duties: Execute high-quality legal work efficiently in the field of employment law. Communicate with clients and opposing counsel via email, phone, and in person. Handle negotiations and mediations, ensuring favorable outcomes for clients. Draft, review, and research legal briefs. Conduct depositions and represent clients in court appearances. Requirements: J.D. degree from an accredited law school. Member of the CA State Bar and in good standing. Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in employment law. Tech-savvy and comfortable with Microsoft Office. Exceptional written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
