Apply locations Atlanta, GA time type Full time posted on Posted Yesterday job requisition id JR6612 Job Summary The Director of People Analytics & Strategy is responsible for developing and leading the people analytics function within the organization, driving data-informed HR strategies to support PulteGroup’s growth and workforce needs. This role will leverage data analytics, visualization, and predictive modeling to provide insights and guide strategic decision-making around talent management, workforce planning, and employee engagement. The Director of People Analytics & Strategy will work closely with Senior HR leadership and business leaders to drive initiatives that optimize workforce performance and improve employee experience. This is a new capability and will need someone to be a hands-on individual contributor as we start to build out our capabilities. Key Responsibilities People Analytics Strategy Develop and implement a comprehensive people analytics strategy aligned with business objectives and HR goals.

Identify key metrics, and performance indicators to assess workforce performance, retention, engagement, culture, organizational health and other HR-driven outcomes.

Design and manage data-driven models for predictive analytics that inform talent acquisition, workforce planning, and talent development.

Data Management and Reporting Oversee the collection, analysis, and interpretation of HR data to generate meaningful insights.

Develop dashboards and visualizations for HR leadership and business leaders to monitor trends in hiring, turnover, performance, and employee engagement.

Business Partnering and Insights Partner with HR and business leaders to identify people challenges and develop analytics solutions that address key business needs.

Deliver actionable insights and recommendations based on data analysis to enhance talent strategies, drive employee engagement, culture, organizational health, and support valuing differences efforts.

Support workforce planning efforts, including forecasting, turnover analysis, and skills gap assessment.

Leadership and Collaboration Drive projects to completion through cross functional departmental teamwork.

Collaborate with IT/HRIS to ensure optimal data systems and infrastructure for people analytics.

Champion a data-informed culture within HR by educating teams on the use and impact of people analytics in decision-making.

Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in business, or HR related field

8+ years of experience in data analysis or business intelligence, with a focus on people analytics or HR analytics.

Strong knowledge of data visualization tools, Power BI, and statistical software (e.g., R, Python, SQL).

Proven ability to analyze and interpret complex data sets and communicate findings to non-technical audiences.

Experience with HR systems (e.g., Workday, or similar HRIS platforms) and understanding of HR data structures.

Excellent communication, presentation, and project management skills.

Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to building a data-informed HR culture.

Preferred Skills Experience in the home building or construction industry.

Skilled in driving project execution based on data analysis.

Knowledge of predictive modeling and machine learning applications in HR.

Familiarity with change management principles and practices.

Proven track record of leading successful analytics projects in a matrixed or multi-functional environment.
