A law firm in Boston, MA, is seeking a motivated Litigation Support Attorney to join their dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be crucial in managing and supporting litigation cases through comprehensive document management and trial preparation. Job Responsibilities: Manage and lead document review teams, including preparing manuals and identifying substantive review workflows. Conduct thorough quality control reviews of legal documents to ensure accuracy and completeness. Rectify inconsistencies or errors in document production and maintain detailed privilege logs. Summarize complex legal documents and provide concise summaries to assist case preparation. Develop detailed chronologies of case events and analyze case facts to construct comprehensive timelines. Assist in deposition and trial preparation, including organizing exhibits, witness lists, and trial binders. Coordinate with attorneys and paralegals to ensure trial readiness. Requirements: 2-5 years of substantive litigation experience. Strong academic background with excellent written and oral communication skills. J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school with excellent academic credentials. Active member in good standing of the Bar in at least one state or the District of Columbia; ability to become admitted to the Bar in Massachusetts. Strong analytical, research, and organizational skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team under deadlines. Creative thinking and problem-solving skills. Experience or interest in major environmental statutes (e.g., Clean Air Act, Clean Water Act) preferred. RCA certification preferred.
