team. As Supply Chain Performance Leader, you'll oversee and improve manufacturing processes to enhance efficiency, productivity, and quality. You will typically focus on optimizing production, reducing waste, and implementing continuous improvement initiatives to drive operational excellence. This role involves analyzing data, leading teams, and implementing best practices to achieve high performance in industrial operations.

What will you do?

Lead the continuous Improvement strategy: The person is in charge of the continuous improvement of the whole process, both in Front-end & Core, i.e. from tendering to delivery.

Animate the continuous improvement on operational processes in plant based on Schneider Performance.

Challenge, follow Kaizen events and in some cases lead some of them.

Smart factories: Lead the deployment of the smart factory solutions in plant: The point of contact of the IPM and global smart factory leader.

Productivity: Define yearly actions plan to build the productivity.

Follow productivity action plan and ensure achievement of the Direct Labor Productivity target.

Report the Direct Labor Productivity to support functions by using standard tool and process.

Ensure the transversal animation to get sustainability of Schneider Production System (SPS) level in the plant (including implementation of actions plans driven by SPS assessment).

Ensure the growing skills at all levels in the factory on the principles of manufacturing excellence.

Manage the plant Value Stream Mapping (current & future state) and lead the continuous improvement of Product Lead Time by animating transversal actions plan at plant level.

Ensure the implementation of the concept of green / red, principles of SPS, architecture lines, Short Interval Management, Material Providing & Handling.

What qualifications will make you successful?

Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering or any related field is required.

Extensive experience in Lean Manufacturing Tools (5S, Value Stream Mapping, SMED, Visual management, Kaizen etc.) is required.

+4 years of experience with any type of Production Systems (ex: Toyota Production systems or any other similar systems).

Experience with cost saving projects for a manufacturing plant.

Ability to interact and lead others in a collaborative environment.

Extensive experience with Agile Methodologies/Project Management.

Strong leadership, interpersonal, problem solving, project management and communication skills.

Experience with change management principles and demonstrated ability to drive and manage the change process. Lead by influence.

Advanced knowledge of MS Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint & Excel) is a requirement.

Ability to set overall priorities and form action plans to implement & monitor for results.
