The Senior Content Strategist plays a key role in supporting content strategy development, editing, implementation, and execution efforts across several key content categories to drive brand awareness, engagement, site traffic, page views, and conversions. This individual collaborates closely with the Partner Content Manager, content creators, and other cross-functional teams to accomplish multi-platform content strategy initiatives, drive brand awareness and cohesion, and grow audience engagement and traffic. Additionally, this individual works with brands to ensure all releases are secured, and contributes vitally to content planning, audience and market research, ideation, and content auditing efforts to help the team generate innovative, original ideas and determine strategic direction. In addition, you will help manage accurate keyword tagging, search optimization, content distribution channels, and performance metric monitoring. Responsibilities:

Assist in creating and editing high-quality, brand-aligned content across a variety of channels and in different formats. Collaborate with content strategy leadership and stakeholders, content creators, designers, photographers, and any other relevant internal teams to gather content requirements and ensure alignment with brand guidelines. Post content on respective platforms including but not limited to social media and website. Conduct research to support individual content development, as well as broader qualitative and quantitative data- and information-gathering to inform insights into markets, audiences, industry trends, and best practices. Help Content Manager conduct thorough content audits of existing content and content sections, providing thorough analyses spanning a variety of predefined criteria, and work with SEO Specialist to develop recommendations for improving aspects including search optimization, keyword tagging, metadata, article format, and categorization. Use Google Analytics and Microsoft Power BI to review traffic and pageviews. Support Partner Content Manager and other content strategy leadership/stakeholders in developing and executing multiplatform content promotion strategies aimed at increasing audience reach, engagement, and relevance. Stay up-to-date and informed about the foremost industry trends, news developments, and current content marketing best practices in order to implement and adjust processes as needed. Stay up-to-date, familiar, and knowledgeable about various channels (including print, digital, social platforms, etc.), formats, emerging technologies, and any related trends relevant to content marketing or audience engagement in order to implement and adjust processes as needed. Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree and 8+ years of experience as an analyst, strategist, specialist, coordinator, or a related role in marketing, copywriting, social media, digital communications, editing, production, advertising/PR, or similar field OR 10+ years of experience. Employ strong skills in task management, organization, and disciplined follow-up to execute, prioritize, track, and manage project tasks, deliverables, ownership, and deadlines independently. Excellent writing, editing, proofreading, verbal communication, and presentation skills, including a nuanced understanding of how to articulate and present information clearly, effectively, and persuasively based on different audiences and contexts. Strong understanding of content marketing principles and content strategy implementation. Experience and skills in both quantitative and qualitative research and analysis. Exceptional organization, prioritization, and time management skills. Capacity to work well both in collaborative, team settings and independently. Ability to develop solutions to problems creatively as they arise. High-energy, intellectually curious, and engaged presence. Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, English, Communications, or a related field. Experience specifically in the fields of content marketing, digital marketing, or PR/communications. The L.A. The pay scale the Company reasonably expects to pay for this position at the time of the posting is $108,000 to $125,000 and takes into account a wide range of factors including but not limited to skill set, experience, training, licenses, certifications, and other business or organizational needs. Compensation will be determined based on the above factors along with the requirements of the position.
