The ideal candidate will have hands-on litigation experience, including courtroom experience and deposition practice. Experience with litigation involving special committees is a plus. Duties: Handle corporate and commercial litigation matters, including cases in Delaware Court of Chancery, Superior Court, and the District of Delaware. Prepare for and conduct depositions, as well as defend depositions. Manage discovery and eDiscovery processes. Draft pleadings, motions, and briefs. Assist with trials and potentially class actions. Requirements: Juris Doctorate degree from an accredited law school. Licensed to practice law in Delaware. Mid-level experience in corporate and commercial litigation. Experience with deposition preparation and courtroom advocacy. Familiarity with Delaware Court of Chancery procedures and litigation practices. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Skills: Excellent oral and written communication skills. Ability to multitask and manage multiple cases simultaneously. Proficiency in drafting legal documents such as pleadings, motions, and briefs.
