Job Title: Help Desk Associate
Type of Role: Contract (could eventually go direct)
Location: Pompano Beach, FL (Onsite)

Job Duties: Provide desktop support for end-users, resolving hardware and software issues. Assist with software installation, upgrades, and configurations on workstations. Troubleshoot and resolve connectivity issues related to network and printers. Manage and update user accounts and access permissions. Respond to and resolve incoming IT support requests through phone, email, or ticketing system. Assist with hardware setup, including PCs, laptops, and peripheral devices. What Is Needed?
Associates or Bachelors in IT related field preferred At least 2-4 years of IT support experience preferred Meet Your Recruiter
