A Medical Group Home is seeking a Family Medicine Physician for locum tenens coverage. The facility is located near Boston, Massachusetts. The full-time position is Monday to Friday, with hours from 8-4 or 9-5. It requires an MD (FM or IM), with call every 6 weeks for 1 week, covering 88 patients with RN support. The physician supervises 4 NPs, collaborates with the medical director, and attends team and care plan meetings. Required certifications include BC, DEA, and BLS. The physician doesn't have a personal caseload but provides expertise for primary and urgent care. Experience with intellectual and developmental disabilities, including autism, is preferred. EMR used is MediTech.
