Introduction As a Senior System Administrator , you will use cutting-edge hardware and software technologies to streamline services to our clients. Join our team of System Administrator professionals and accomplish what others only dream of. What You'll Be Doing Communicating and interfacing with customers and Site Lead on issues and daily tasking. Providing Tier 1 and 2 support for multiple domains with users locally and remotely. Working with Active Directory and Exchange to create, modify and terminate accounts. Troubleshooting workstation, printers, and other peripheral devices. Imaging, installing, and configuring workstations. Troubleshooting Windows 10 and above, as well as Microsoft Office suite. Working with automated Help Desk tools such as Microsoft System Center and ServiceNow. Troubleshooting Citrix desktop visualization environment and thin client. Location and Travel Details Reporting into the client site in Washington DC. Security Clearance and Citizenship Requirements Must be able to obtain and maintain a Top Secret/SCI clearance. Required for This Opportunity Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience 2 years of prior relevant experience or a Master's degree with 6-10 years of prior relevant experience will be considered. Additional years of experience in lieu of education will be considered. Strong problem solving and organizational skills and able to work in a professional environment. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal Clearance Requirement: TS/SCI Nice to Have Skills DHS or other government contract experience. Experience working with Secureview. Understanding of Dynamic Host Configuration Protocol (DHCP) and Domain Name System (DNS). Comfortable discussing technical information with users and other support personnel. Ability to quickly learn new systems and IT concepts. Strong problem solving and decision-making skills.
