Title: Epic Patient Access Analyst Reports to: Director of Patient Access Applications Organization Summary: Community Care Cooperative (C3) is a 501(c)(3) non-profit, Accountable Care Organization (ACO) governed by Federally Qualified Health Centers (FQHCs). Our mission is to leverage the collective strengths of FQHCs to improve the health and wellness of the people we serve. We are a fast-growing organization founded in 2016 with 9 health centers and now serving hundreds of thousands of beneficiaries who receive primary care at health centers and independent practices across Massachusetts. We are an innovative organization developing new partnerships and programs to improve the health of members and communities and to strengthen our health center partners. Job Summary: The Application Analyst IV position will be housed under a subsidiary organization of C3, Community Technology Cooperative, LLC (CTC) to implement, maintain, support, and maximize the use of clinical, financial, and administrative portions of the Epic software applications utilized by CTC in conducting daily operations under the direction of the Director of Patient Access. Responsibilities: Maintaining current clinical, financial, and administrative applications, implementing new clinical, financial, and administrative Epic applications Assisting in the assessment of workflow processes and assisting in process re-engineering to achieve efficiencies in departmental operations Assisting users in developing reports and analyses, troubleshooting, and resolution of application issues Working with the IT Education staff to assist in training users and in the development of documentation Maintaining a level of knowledge about IT operations and network issues and maintaining current industry knowledge Other duties as assigned Required Skills: Epic Cadence Certification Epic Prelude Certification Minimum of three years' experience as a certified Epic analyst Minimum experience of having participated in at least one Epic implementation Desired Other Skills: Familiarity with the MassHealth ACO program Familiarity with Federally Qualified Health Centers Experience working in a provider organization Experience working in a managed care environment Experience with anti-racism activities, and/or lived experience with racism is highly preferred Qualifications: Epic Cadence Certification (required) Epic Prelude Certification (required) Epic Referrals Certification (preferred but not required) Bachelors degree in a healthcare-related field, Information Systems or Business Management C3 is an Equal Opportunity Employer In order to provide equal employment and advancement opportunities to all individuals, employment decisions are based on merit, qualifications, and job-related abilities.
