Organization Unit: Danaher Inc Work Schedule: Monday through Friday 8am - 5pm 100% Remote (Would prefer Eastern Standard Time Schedule) The People Insights Analyst will be a key member of Danaher's new HR Operations team, which is responsible for the design and delivery of innovative solutions that deliver the best associate experience and enable our HR teams and associates to focus on the highest-value work through operational excellence, technology and analytics. Scope of Role: The People Insights Analyst reports to the Manager of People Insights. This role is the interface between the People Insights Business Partners and technology team, delivering reporting and analyses that enable insights. Key Responsibilities • Delivers reporting, analyses and dashboards that meet the needs of People Insights Business Partners and their business leaders/teams • Provides end-to-end program management for analytic and reporting initiatives - identifying requirements through delivery • Leverages analytical methodologies, relevant internal and external (benchmarking) data sources, modelling and programming languages to report on, simulate, explain and predict outcomes and insights • Adheres to and drives compliance, privacy, confidentiality and security standards • Tracks industry trends • In partnership with People Insights Application team, drives stakeholder adoption and capabilities via enablement strategy Skills: Required: • Customer-centric • Analytical, critical thinking • Strong technical skills: • Experience with visualization tools (e.g. One Model, Power BI, Tableau, Qlik) • Data modeling with SQL and Excel • Statistical analysis, modeling and general familiarity with data languages and statistical tools (Python, R) • Project management • Process improvement and systems thinking • Innovative and proactive problem-solving skills • Multinational, matrixed experience Preferred: • HR functional expertise • Workday experience Experience & Education: • Demonstrated experience in data management and reporting, preferably focused on people analytics • Bachelor's Degree, preferred
