Agronomy Sales Consultant Key Responsibilities:

Conduct on-farm consultations to develop and maintain relationships with growers and provide agronomic recommendations tailored to individual crop needs Educate clients on product benefits, application techniques, and best practices for crop management Collaborate with internal sales and technical teams to provide excellent customer service and support Build and maintain relationships with retailers and distributors to promote products Monitor market trends, customer feedback, and competitor activity to adapt sales strategies. Achieve sales targets and contribute to business growth Meet or exceed personal sales goals by effectively managing a sales territory

Agronomy Sales Consultant Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Agronomy, Agricultural Business, Crop Science, or a related field 3 years of experience in agronomy sales or agricultural consulting Proven track record of meeting or exceeding personal sales goals (set your own!) Strong knowledge of crop nutrition, soil health, and agronomic products Analytical skills to assess crop needs and recommend appropriate solutions. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for building client relationships. Strong organizational and time management abilities Self-motivated and goal-oriented with the ability to work independently and collaboratively
