The Workday Integration Specialist will configure, optimize, and maintain Workday systems in a large enterprise environment. Requires 5+ years of experience with Workday, including advanced skills in Workday Studio, VIP, and Core Connectors. Responsibilities include integration management, business process design, reporting, and troubleshooting.

responsibilities:
Workday Configuration :
Configure and optimize modules such as HCM, payroll, recruiting, Learning, and integration.
Integration Management :
Develop and manage integrations using Workday Studio, EIB, and Core Connectors.
Business Process Management :
Design and manage complex business processes within Workday.
Reporting and Analytics :
Create and manage advanced reports using Workday Report Writer and other reporting tools.
Security and Compliance :
Configure and manage security groups and roles, ensuring regulatory compliance.
Technical Troubleshooting :
Troubleshoot and resolve configuration issues, optimizing system performance.
